We stand by the quality of every print ordered from Alan Jaye Photo. If your item arrives with any production defects or shipping damage, we’ll make it right by offering a replacement at no cost. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damage or defect, along with your order number.

Because each print is made to order, all sales are final unless damaged or defective.
